Flurbiprofen è un agente antinfiammatorio non steroideo (FANIA) con attività antipiretica e analgesica. Obiettivo: PGE sintaseFlurbiprofen, un derivato, è un agente antinfiammatorio non steroideo (FANIA) con attività antipiretica e analgesica. Formulazioni orali di flurbiprofen possono essere usate per il trattamento sintomatico di artrite reumatoide, osteoartrite e spondilite anchilosante. Flurbiprofen può anche essere usato topicamente prima di chirurgia oculare per prevenire o ridurre miosi intraoperatoria. Flurbiprofene è strutturalmente e farmacologicamente correlato a fenoprofene, ibuprofene e ketoprofene. Flurbiprofen può avere proprietà farmacologiche uniche che riducono l'accumulo di proteine non piegate e può rappresentare una nuova classe di farmaci per il trattamento fondamentale dell'obesità.
Applicazione e funzione
