SA2.5 Hanging Chain Catenary Shot Blasting Equipment for Brakes Cleaning

Loop chain shot blasting machine is designed and manufactured as continuous machine for the treatment of sensitive parts which cannot be tumbled in bulk loads, and for particularly complex, heavy, or large parts. The shot blasting machines with continuous monorail hooks allow processing a large volume of components greatly reducing the loading / unloading time as opposed to discontinuous blasting equipment with hooks. The parts to be blasted are supported by hooks mounted to an overhead rail system and subsequently transported into the blasting chamber. The flow can be continuous or discontinuous as required by the customer. With continuous flow shot blasting units, components later may be painted using the same transport rail system as used in the shot blasting process. In this way, unnecessary operator handling of the parts is eliminated further increasing productivity.

Hanger Chain Shot Blast Machine provides two work positions and adopts fixed rotating point blasting method for removing the unwanted sand, oxidized layer and other deposits from the part surface quickly, thus making the surface bright and clean. The shot blasting equipment is mainly used for the vehicle parts, such as the bolster, side frame, coupler and coupler yoke, as wellas for cleaning the castings and workpieces with the similar size.

Blasting Chamber:

Our hanger chain shot blast machine is manufactured to satisfy our customers with long life and high operating efficiency. The blast chamber is made using steel plate and structural steel framing through welding process, whichoffers high rigidity and strength, resulting in extended service life. To prevent shots from flying out of the chamber, much attention is given to the sealing structure of the chamber and door when we design the shot blast machine

Blasting Wheels:

In addition, the location of blast wheels is based on the computer three-dimensional dynamic simulation result,
which helps ensure all sides of workpieces can be thoroughly and quickly cleaned, thereby increasing efficiency.
