Polyamide resin, the English name is polyamide, referred to as PA. Nylon, commonly known as Nylon, is a generic term for polymers containing amide groups in the repeating units of macromolecular backbones. It is the largest, most diverse and most versatile variety of the five engineering plastics. Its main features are as follows:
Excellent mechanical properties. Nylon has high mechanical strength and good toughness.
Self-lubricating and abrasion resistant. Nylon has a good self-lubricating property and a small friction coefficient, so that it has a long service life as a transmission component.
Excellent heat resistance. Highly crystalline nylon such as nylon 46 has a high heat distortion temperature and can be used at a temperature of 150 ° C for a long period of time. After the PA66 is reinforced with glass fiber, its heat distortion temperature reaches 250 °C or higher.

Application: Medium load, operating temperature < Wear-resistant bearing drive parts working at 100-120 degrees with no or little lubrication.
