Our Chest Seal uses hydrogel and therefore stays in place, even in difficult conditions.

The Chest Seal is a sterile occlusive chest wound dressing for treating open pneumothorax and preventing tension pneumothorax that result from gunshots, stabwounds, or other penetrating chest trauma. The patented failure-proof triple-valve design of our Chest Seal allows air and blood to escape while preventing the re-entry of either, thereby eliminating any unwanted gas or liquid exchange at the trauma site.

The 6" rugged polyurethane disc structure can practically cover any size chest trauma. Uses strong adhesive flexible enough to be removed and reapplied.


Intended Use:
Dressings are mainly used for covering the wounds of minor burns, to keep the wounds moist. Dressings contact the skin epidermis.
