Twin Flat&Twin met aarde-ables 6192Y/6242Y wordt gebruikt voor huishoudelijk en licht industrieel wiring.it kan worden geïnstalleerd in droge of vochtige omstandigheden die aan het oppervlak, op trays of in vrije lucht zijn vastgeklemd waar er weinig risico op mechanische schade is. Geschikt voor het leggen in een trunking of buis wanneer mechanische bescherming vereist is. Ook geschikt voor inbouw in gips of in muren gelegd.
