Q11F threaded ball valve is suitable for various pipes with PN1.0~4.0MPa operating temperature-29ºC ~180ºC (sealing ring) or-29ºC ~300ºC (sealing ring is polybenzene) to cut or connect the medium in the pipeline. At the same time, the company can also design and manufacture valves according to the actual conditions and special requirements. Choose different materials, can be applicable to water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid and other media.
[Valve Features]
1, threaded ball valve according to the structure of the valve body can be divided into one piece type, two piece type and three piece type;
2, the valve body, the valve cover using silicon soluble casting technology, reasonable structure, beautiful appearance;
3, the valve seat adopts elastic sealing structure, with reliable sealing and light opening and closing moment;
4, the valve stem adopts the lower mounting structure to prevent the valve stem from blowing out;
5,90° switch limit mechanism can be set, and according to the needs of users, a lock device can be installed to prevent misoperation;
6. The top of the thread ball valve is equipped with IS05211 standard connection size. Open the handle to connect the pneumatic or electric device.
