The difference between hot-dip galvanizing and hot-dip galvanizing is as follows:
1. Different concepts :
Hot-dip galvanizing is an effective metal anti-corrosion method, which is mainly used in metal structure facilities in various industries. It is to immerse the rust-removed steel parts in the molten zinc at about 500 ºC, so that the surface of the steel parts will be attached with a zinc layer, so as to achieve the purpose of anti-corrosion.


2. The production process is different :
Galvanizing refers to a surface treatment technology that coats a layer of zinc on the surface of metals, alloys or other materials for aesthetics and anti-rust effects.
Hot-dip galvanizing is to cover hardware with zinc-tin solution, which takes about five times longer than traditional galvanizing to prevent rust. Generally, hot-dip galvanizing is used in outdoor construction, and the salt water test can last for about 36 hours.

3. The technology used is different :
Hot-dip galvanizing is to coat the surface of angle steel, channel steel and other metals with a zinc layer to achieve a convenient appearance and rust prevention of the metal.
The hot-dip galvanizing plant uses zinc-tin solution to prevent corrosion of workpieces. This new technology can prolong the anti-corrosion time by as much as five times. Usually, this technology is used in outdoor construction.
